Anyone interested in starting up their own new Exchange based on API only? no smart contracts. Only linux scripts and NodeJS - versatility, absolute security. I can share my code which is lowlevel linux and NodeJS scripting, but the frontend is up to someone else. Or someone has a ready front-end.
